Why do you charge platform fees instead of higher subscription prices?
We believe you should only pay more when you're making more money. Platform fees align our success with yours - as your business grows and processes more payments, we grow too. Plus, our fees are still lower than most competitors at higher volumes.
Will prices increase after the beta?
Yes, we plan to increase prices as we add features and polish the platform. However, beta testers and founder pricing customers will be protected from increases for at least 12 months. We'll always give 60 days notice before any price changes.
What if I need to cancel during beta?
You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Beta is about finding the right fit, and we'd rather have honest feedback than reluctant users. You are able to export your data anytime up to cancellation and all data will be deleted 30 days after your cancellation date. Please note, users with founder pricing that do not return within their grace period will lose their founder pricing discount if they return after the grace period.
